1. Pre-structural construction soil preparation
1st Eliminate all waste and level and compact the soil up to density 95%
2nd Build the soil curb and water drainage around the court

2. Types of structural construction

2.1 Asphaltic concrete structural construction
      1st Fill up 20 cm. with fine mixed stone and compact up to standard density 95% and level 1: 200
      2nd Spray Prime Coat over the area
      3rd Lay 5 cm. Hot Mix Asphaltic concrete with 5-7 mm. Stone
      4th Compact the Asphaltic concrete with 2-3 metric ton truck up to The standard compacyion and slope              level 1:200
      5th Left the Asphaltic concrete to completely dry approximately 14 days
      6th Fill in water after the Asphaltic concrete is completely dried to check the level by let the water drain             out within 2 hours or readjust the level again up to the standard

2.2 Cement Concrete structural construction
      1st Fill up 12 cm. with large stone and mix stone
      2nd Compact 10 cm. with rough sand
      3rd Lay 10 cm. Steel reinforce cement concrete

2.3 Cement Concrete and Asphaltic concrete
      1st Fill up 12 cm. with large stone and mix stone
      2nd Compact 10 cm. with rough sand
      3rd Lay 10 cm. steel reinforce cement concrete
      4th Lay 3 cm. Hot Mix Asphaltic concrete

3. Ready surface for Apron Sports application

1. Clean up system prior to damage surface repairation
      1st Grind with grinding machine to eliminate dirt and other contaminants
      2nd Clean all the dirt and rubbish with sweeper or vacuum

2. Repair Several damaged surface and surface preparation

2.1 Surface preparation of the peeled off uneven asphaltic concrete terrazzo cement concrete and       general damaged old courts
      1st Mix homogeneously cement : sand : water : Apronbond XL by manufacturer recommended portion             and lay over the surface to repair damaged area the lower area and left until completely dry
      2nd Mix homogeneously cement : sand : water : Apronbond XL by manufacturer recommended portion             or more water ( depend on the surface of the old court ) and lay all over the surface area and left             until completely dry

2.2 Surface preparation of the cracked asphaltic concrete terrazzo cement concrete and general old courts

      1st Mix homogeneously cement : sand : water : Apronbond XL by manufacturer recommended portion             and lay over the surface to repair damaged area the lower area and left until completely dry
      2nd Cut the cracked line by cutting wheel
      3rd Fill up the cut line with Apron Cushion or other manufacturer recommended materials

3. Ready surface for Apron Sports application
